From the moment Kate showed my daughter and I though the unit I felt a positive connection with the building, the unit and especially Kate. 901 Ocean Avenue is a Feel Good Place to live…a little piece of paradise. All the management and maintenance people are not only efficient and reliable but also uber friendly and accommodating. They definitely all go above and beyond to take care of our needs as tenants. Absolutely loved living at 901 Ocean…will miss it but will always have the great friends for life I met while there.
